The $75 Volunteer Package Fee will provide you with the following benefits:
  • Volunteer Apparel Package consisting of: golf shirt, headwear and outerwear.
  • Volunteer Badge valid for all week and dedicated Volunteer Parking.
  • Opportunity to purchase additional apparel items and credentials at a discount.
  • Each volunteer will receive a grounds credential for a guest for the first two competitive rounds – Thursday & Friday.
  • Ability to qualify for one round of golf on Shenendoah or Kaluhyat.
  • Meals on the Days You Work

VOLUNTEER MEETINGS
As a volunteer of the Turning Stone Resort Championship, you will be asked to attend an information and volunteer uniform distribution meeting. These informative meetings will serve as a chance for you to meet your Committee Chair, finalize scheduling, and determine any additional training sessions. You may attend one of the following two dates at Turning Stone Resort: September 9 & 10, 2008.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING 2007 VOLUNTEERS:
  • Committee preferences are entered on a first-come, first serve basis and are at no time guaranteed. Applications are time and date stamped as they are received. Please be aware that some committees fill up faster than others and committees are filled as the applications are received and consequently entered.
  • Returning Volunteers that desire to change their 2007 Committee Selection are requested to return their application promptly for consideration.
  • Applications will be received, but no NEW volunteers will be entered until after the May 31st Deadline.

  • 2007 volunteers are given until May 31st to submit their renewal applications. New volunteer applications will be received but not processed until after the May 31st deadline.
  • Remaining volunteer committee openings and shift availability will be filled on a first-come, first serve basis and are a no time guaranteed. Please be aware that some committees fill up faster than others.
  • New Volunteer Applications, even though they are not processed, are date and time stamped as they are received and are entered after the May 31st deadline accordingly.
